Returns/Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of each gift box, all sales are final. In the event of a damaged product please email us within 48 hrs of delivery at orders@coquettecollective.com and we will try our very best to resolve the issue. 

Order Processing

Orders take 3-5 days to process, followed by 2-6 days to ship via standard shipping, depending on where it's going. If you're in a rush and need your gift ASAP, please email orders@coquettecollective.com, and we'll see what we can do. 

Currently we only ship within the continental United States.

Substitutions

Some of the items we stock our boxes with are small-batch and/or local artisanal products; from time to time certain items can become unavailable. Although this is uncommon, In the event an item is unavailable at the time of processing, we will contact you to inquire about substitutions. If we do not hear back within 4 business days, we will either: a) Substitute with an extremely similar item of equal or greater value. Or b) If your item is very unique and a suitable replacement doesn’t exist, we’ll exclude the item from the box and issue you a credit for the price of the individual item. 

We reserve the right to cancel any order that circumstances deem necessary.
